Edenbridge Claims action service is a separately run subsidiary of Edenbridge Accident Repair Centre that provides a full claims assistance facility for our fleet clients. Starting with first response, through to recovery of any uninsured losses, we can automate the claims procedure whilst the repair is being handled by our body repair division, making this a very attractive proposition for the fleet operation.

Our claims assistance program is an included service to all our fleet customers. This costly service is provided at no extra charge to fleet clients whose vehicles are repaired at our centre.

Below is a list of service level options available to our fleet customers.

 
     
 

Service Level Profile - Available Options

  • We provide a 24 hour freephone claim line for first response.

  • We provide claims submission, handling and monitoring.

  • We provide uninsured loss recovery.

  • We can provide third-party intervention and give you the opportunity to settle third-party claims direct or process this through your own insurance cover, thus minimizing your claims experience.

  • We provide 24-hour roadside recovery for cars and light vans anywhere in mainland UK within one hour (overseas can be arranged).

  • We can guarantee a replacement car/van within 24 hours for non-drivable cars and light vans and within seven days for drivable cars.
  • We give a guaranteed booking-in date within 24 hours for non-drivable vehicles and within seven days for drivable vehicles.

  • All vehicles are collected and delivered to home or work addresses.

  • All vehicles are fully valeted prior to re-delivery.

  • We can also produce monthly reports tailored to your requirements, outlining current claims status.

  • For small non-fault damages we will process and recover costs or obtain authorization prior to repair.

  • All our repairs are fully guaranteed for the duration of your ownership of the vehicle.

  • In the final month prior to lease termination, we will inspect each vehicle and clean, touch in and polish any scratches for £75.00 or estimate minor damage to minimize end of term costs.

  • We will provide special rates for fault estimates falling below the excess.

  • We belong to a network of quality assured bodyshops where we can ensure any repairs we place are carried out to the same high standard as our own.

  • We operate BS ISO9000/2000 Quality Management System so all of our operation and procedures are fully documented and traceable.
